a new monthly dinner thing
back to building a little community around food. aka kate needs friends that also can’t bread.
come join the table as chef kath reaches outside the comfort zone with some new menu ideas.
dinner will be gluten free but hopefully delicioso.

*brk is not a gluten free space. we continue to make yummy bread and pastas everyday in the kitchen. if you could potentially die from flour, we’d rather you just text us to let us know instead.

“bread" and whipped pumpkin seed butter
for the table
cold poached shrimp and winter citrus
fried eggplant pancakes, roasted tomato romesco and dry ricotta
grilled brussels salad with tahini and cici bean crumb
barbacoa and parsley rice and warm lemon butter beans
chocolate chocolate sundae with flourless cake crumb & cayenne cinnamon hot fudge with salted sesame almonds

we are located at a warehouse called “the x factory” at 6901 lynn way 15208 on the 2nd floor.
when you arrive, you can park along mcpherson, murtland, or another adjacent side street.
do not park anyone in. do not park in the loading dock.
gratuity is not reflected in the ticket price. if you’d like to show your appreciation to our staff, cash is preferred or you can digitally send a tip via our “staff gratuity” item in our store with any amount that suits you.
